"Although some may think" is a sample of the artist Bill Thomson in 2009, when his ideas about the artistic work are already more than consolidated. As the critic of this exhibition tells us, Fernando Castro: "His pieces, of a special sensuality, hypnotize with their brightness and curves, inciting even to the touch, playing with the aesthetics of the monochromatic but without pretending that there is something like an absolute or a philosophical sublimity after its formal accuracy ". At the same time, the viewer will not only be able to see these polychrome pieces similar to car paint, but also, numerous paintings that dialogue with the sculptures have been exhibited, passing from the two-dimensional to the three-dimensional plane without any other greed than expanding the colour and the elegance of the curve and the plane through the gallery. Undoubtedly, a magnificent demonstration of "a chromatic party that, from its apparent simplicity, teaches us that pleasure is a gift, a detail, a fulguration".
