Group exhibition

The exhibition "A new spatial dimension" housed sculptures and installations of eight great national and international artists: David Nash (Esher, England, 1945); Iván Navarro (Santiago de Chile, 1972); Martina von Meyenburg (Zurich, Switzerland, 1975); Bill Thompson (Ipswich, Massachusetts - 1957); Jaume Plensa (Barcelona, 1955); Massimo Bartolini (Cecina, Italy, 1962); Stephan Balkenhol (Fritzlar, Germany, 1957) and Joan Brossa (Barcelona, January 19, 1919 - December 30, 1998). Eight authors whose trajectory and style converged for the first time in the same art space, with pieces that coexisted among themselves surpassing, modifying and enriching the concepts traditionally associated with sculptural objects. In the words of the curator of the exhibition, Francisco Carpio, in this exhibition "the works started from the pictorial plane to end up acquiring a third dimension".
